Refund Policy

Fees are paid for the time and attention set aside for your consultation. Refunds are considered as follows:

• If a session is cancelled by Divyauraa, you will receive a full refund or a new date of your choice.
• If you cancel with reasonable advance notice, as described in the Cancellation Policy, a refund or credit will be offered.
• Once a consultation has been delivered, the fee is not refundable, as the service has been provided.
• Annual Advisory packages: unused consultations may be considered for a pro-rata refund on request.
