Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Because every consultation is private and one-to-one, a time is set aside specifically for you.

Rescheduling

Please give reasonable advance notice if you need to change your appointment. Rescheduling is welcome subject to availability.

Cancellation

Please inform Divyauraa as early as possible. Where a cancellation is made with very short notice, the consultation fee may be partly or wholly non-refundable. Details are shared at the time of booking.

If Divyauraa needs to reschedule

You will be offered an alternative time or a refund of any fee paid for the session.
