What we collect

When you use an enquiry or newsletter form, Divyauraa collects the details you submit: your name, email address, phone number (optional), and the information you choose to share about your question or property. For Numerology enquiries this may include a date of birth.

How it is used

Your information is used only to respond to your enquiry, to schedule and conduct a consultation, and, if you subscribed, to send occasional updates. It is not sold or shared for advertising.

Storage and security

Enquiries are stored securely and are accessible only to the practitioner. IP addresses are stored only in hashed form for spam prevention.

If analytics is enabled, anonymised usage statistics may be collected. See the Cookie Notice.

Children's information

For baby-name consultations, enquiries must be made by a parent or legal guardian, who consents on the child's behalf. Divyauraa does not track or target children.

Your rights and grievances

You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, withdraw consent, or unsubscribe, by writing to the contact email on the Contact page. Requests and complaints are answered within 90 days. In the event of a data breach affecting you, you will be informed without undue delay.
